chaand bhi ghatta hai, phir badhta bhi hai
bura waqt bhi guzarta, sambhalta bhi hai

I watched the good in you decline,
And prayed for you to reclaim the line.

तुम्हारी अच्छाई को गिरते देखा मैंने
दुआ की, फिर से सँभल जाओ, देखा मैंने

tumhaari achchaai ko girte dekha maine
dua ki, phir se sambhal jaao, dekha maine

A relationship fades without a sound,
No thunder, just silence, and no one around.

रिश्ता बिना आवाज़ के धीरे से गिर गया
न गरज, न शोर, बस चुप सा मर गया

rishta bina aawaaz ke dheere se gir gaya
na garaj, na shor, bas chup sa mar gaya

Not every fall is a lasting end,
Some are the bends that the roads must bend.

हर गिरावट अंत की निशानी नहीं होती
कुछ गिरावटें राहों की रवानी होती हैं

har giraavat ant ki nishaani nahin hoti
kuchh giraavatein raahon ki rawaani hoti hain

The tower fell, but the sky stayed wide,
And I found new ground on the other side.

मीनार गिरी पर आसमान सलामत था
ज़मीं की दूसरी तरफ़ नया मक़ाम था

meenaar giri par aasmaan salaamat tha
zameen ki doosri taraf naya maqaam tha

I saw the values crumble like sand,
Yet held on tight with an empty hand.

उसूलों की रेत को बिखरते देखा मैंने
फिर भी ख़ाली हाथ से पकड़े रखा मैंने

usoolon ki ret ko bikharte dekha maine
phir bhi khaali haath se pakde rakha maine

Trust fell slowly, like autumn leaves,
One quiet moment, then one that grieves.

भरोसा ऐसे गिरा जैसे पतझड़ के पत्ते
इक ख़ामोश लम्हा, फिर हज़ारों सन्नाटे

bharosa aise gira jaise patjhad ke patte
ik khaamosh lamha, phir hazaaron sannaate

Every fall teaches the ground to hold,
And every rise is a story retold.

हर गिरावट ज़मीं को थामना सिखाती है
हर उठान इक नई कहानी सुनाती है

har giraavat zameen ko thaamna sikhaati hai
har uthaan ik nayi kahaani sunaati hai
