Because of this, I was continuously readjusting what it meant to devote my life to this career, and I gave up the concept that it would look as I had imagined it would when I was a youngster. There were so many compelling arguments in favor of letting go of that fantasy.

Pascal’s performances in breakthrough programs The Mandalorian and The Last of Us drove his celebrity status to new heights, and now “everybody wants a piece of him,” according to Paulson.
