During an appearance on the “TODAY” program in 2014, the multi-award-winning Hollywood actress discussed her weight reduction journey in an open and honest manner, as reported by Closer Weekly: In her words:

“All I want to do is keep getting healthier and get rid of the extra weight that I’m carrying around with me so that I’m lighter on my feet and in my life,” I said.

In addition to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and letting go of unnecessary baggage, Barr has made peace with the process of aging and now enjoys having gray hair.
