Dear God,

I come before You with a heart burdened by the weight of holding on to things that no longer serve me.

Grant me the strength and courage to let go of past hurts, regrets, and disappointments.

Help me release any negative emotions and resentments that keep me from moving forward.

Guide me to forgive others and myself, finding peace in the process of letting go.
