What question does Psalms 15 open with?
It asks, 'LORD, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill?' (v.1), then answers with a description of righteous character.
What behaviors does Psalms 15 list as marks of someone who may dwell with God?
It lists walking uprightly, working righteousness, speaking truth, not backbiting, honoring those who fear the LORD, keeping an oath even when it hurts, and not lending money at usury (v.2-5).
What does Psalms 15:5 promise to someone who lives this way?
It promises that whoever does these things 'shall never be moved' (v.5), a stability of character described similarly in Psalms 24:3-5.

David names refusing slander, keeping promises even when costly, and lending without usury as marks of such a person, an ideal expanded in Psalms 24:3-5, closing with the promise that one who does these things shall never be moved, before Psalms 16.
