What is Psalm 125 about?
It compares those who trust in the LORD to Mount Zion, "which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever" (v.1), and pictures God surrounding his people as mountains surround Jerusalem (v.2).
What does verse 3 say about "the rod of the wicked"?
V.3 says "the rod of the wicked shall not rest upon the lot of the righteous; lest the righteous put forth their hands unto iniquity," meaning oppression won't be allowed to tempt the righteous into wrongdoing.
